1. By commissioning Pinamals, the client agrees that they have read the Terms of Service and agree to abide by its terms. Violations of these terms in any way, shape, or form, are grounds for immediate cancellation of a client's commission.

2. Prices are subject to fluctuate according to commission complexity and detail.

3. Harassment of any kind will result in an automatic blacklisting and forfeiture of any and all future business with Pinamals.

4. Clients MUST have a reference sheet in some way, shape, or form in order to request a commission. Pinamals does NOT work from written descriptions of any kind.*

*Note: When concerning character design. Written descriptions for pin concepts are welcome!

Add-Ons:
-2in pin size upgrade (+$50): upgrade your pin from 1.75in to 2in

-2.5in pin size upgrade (+$75): upgrade your pin from 1.75in to 2.5in*

-3in pin size upgrade (+$100): upgrade your pin from 1.75in to 3in*

-Glitter (+$0.25 per pin, per color): adds a sparkly effect to your pin. available in most pantone colors.

-Glow (+$0.25 per pin, per color): adds a glow in the dark effect to your pin. available in blue and green only.

-Dyed Metal Plating (+$50): plates the pin using colored metal. this option uses soft enamel with a clear epoxy coat. available in any pantone color.

-Dangle (+$75): adds a dangling element to your pin. good for hanging objects, such as a character's favorite item!

-Rainbow Plating (+$100): plates the pin using anodized metal.

-Two (2) Character Pin (+$50): select this option if you want two characters to appear in a single pin.

-Three (3) Character Pin (+$125): select this option if you want three characters to appear in a single pin. 2 INCH SIZE MINIMUM.

-Complex Character Design (+$20): select this option if your character design may be considered complex. (ex: lots of spots/stripes, complicated markings, strange or uncommon patterning)

-Photo Reference (+$25): select this option if your character design works off of a live photo reference. (ex: pictures of a pet)

-Background Element (+$30): select this option if your desired pin concept contains any sort of background element.

-Screen Printing (+$35, +0.10 per pin, per color after first color): allows smaller details (usually those hard to fill with enamel) to be printed onto the face of the pin.

-Backing Cards (+$35): select this option to get your pins professionally packaged in official Pinamals backing cards. (ex: https://trello.com/c/D0LgrsS9/26-backing-card-design)

-Any colors after 10 (+$0.25 per pin, per color): select this option if your pin concept has more than 10 colors.

Mini Pins:
-Glitter (+$0.15 per pin): adds a sparkly effect to your pin. available in most pantone colors. LIMIT OF ONE COLOR.

-Glow (+$0.15 per pin): adds a glow in the dark effect to your pin. available in blue and green only. LIMIT OF ONE COLOR.

-Dyed Metal Plating (+$25): plates the pin using colored metal. this option uses soft enamel with a clear epoxy coat. available in any pantone color.

-Any colors after 3 (+$0.10 per pin, per color): select this option if your mini pin concept has more than 3 colors.

All listed prices include US Shipping. International clients will be invoiced their respective shipping costs after production and prior to shipping.
