The information that you provide below will help us to make sure we are following all federal guidelines for you to use your SNAP/EBT to purchase from us. We are new to this process and will appreciate your patience and feedback as we build this new program together!

Please select the price you would like to pay for your share of produce. Starting June 26th and ending November 6th. Remember all Farmshares are the same size and you can choose the sliding scale option that works best for you:

A 15 week farmshare designed for seasonal workers at North Cascades National Park. Starting June 26th and ending October 2nd.

Payment Agreements *

I understand that I am signing up to pay for Long Hearing Farm produce using SNAP/EBT

I understand that I am responsible to ensure my EBT card has sufficient funds and if I do not I can pay with cash, check or venmo @longhearingfarm

I understand that the LHF team will do their best to adapt to my needs but that ultimately I am the one responsible for my payments.

Returning Customer Discount Code

Once you have submitted this form you will receive a confirmation email from a Long Hearing Farm Team member with follow up information about how we will process your payments.

Farmshare agreement: As a member of Long Hearing Farmshare/CSA I understand that: (1) My farmshare will be delivered on one delivery day of the week. I take full responsibility for making sure my share is promptly picked up, and if I cannot tend to it myself I will arrange for someone else to pick it up or notify the Long Hearing Farm team, no later than 24 hours before deliveries, to donate my share to another family or emergency food program (2) I will regularly receive a diversity of seasonal vegetables and Long Hearing Farm does not have the capacity to accommodate special requests. (3) There is no option for extended storage of shares or additional delivery times. (4) When wax boxes are being used for deliveries I will return my box as promptly as possible (ideally the following week). (5) I will pay my balance due on time
