ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB

The Booster Club assists the NHS Athletic Director, supports all athletic teams, encourages positive scholastic attitudes and promotes good sportsmanship and school spirit. The Booster Club financially supports interscholastic sports and intramural programs, contributes toward ice time, helps to purchase equipment and uniforms, funds end-of-season team parties, supports the Senior Athletic Banquet and provides college scholarships.

Booster Club funds are raised from membership dues, concession stand sales and the Senior Athletic Banquet program booklet. The NHS Athletic Department MUST charge admission to all home sporting events. By joining the Booster Club, you can save hundreds of dollars on admission fees during the school year. Please complete and submit the membership form below with your dues as soon as possible. Make checks payable to NHS Boosters Club or Venmo @narragansett-boosters. Checks can be dropped off/mailed to NHS attn Booster Club, 245 South Pier Rd, Narragansett 02882 or brought to NHS concession stand during a sporting event. You can pick up your membership card at the NHS concession stand once payment and membership form are received.

Gold membership allows an entire family admission to all NHS home athletic events (excluding hockey, injury fund and special events) and the opportunity for seniors to apply for scholarships. To be eligible for scholarships, a senior NHS athlete must be a Gold member of the Booster Club. Silver, Coach and Alumni membership allows only ONE person’s admission to all home athletic events (excluding hockey and special events). Silver members cannot apply for scholarships.

Gold Club $65.00 – Your immediate family receives admission to home sport events.

Grandparents Club $35 – If you have a son/daughter whose family is a Gold Club member, grandparents join the Gold Club for $35.

Silver Club $35.00 - Admission for ONE person/student to home sports

Coaches $25.00 – Admission for ONE NHS coach to home sports

Alumni $25.00 – Admission for ONE NHS alumni to home sports
