Line 3 is an environmentally destructive tar sands pipeline that crosses hundreds of bodies of water, including more than 20 places on the Mississippi River. Furthermore, it illegally crosses through several Indigenous nations despite their explicit refusal of the project on the grounds that it tramples upon their sovereignty and pollutes their homes.

By submitting my name through this form, I affirm that I stand with the Climate Justice Committee in demanding that the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers perform a federal Environmental Impact Survey, which they never did for Line 3. Specifically , I demand that the USACE reevaluate & revoke Line 3’s Clean Water Act Section 404 permit as well as its Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 section 408 permit on the grounds that Line 3 is injurious to the public interest in the face of climate change.
