A financial report MUST be made to the administration at the conclusion of this fundraiser.  Contact the Superintendent Secretary to assist you with and verify the report.

Approval or denial will be emailed to you from the Activities Director or Principal. Board approval is also required after the AD or Principal sign off on the form.
