WGPAB Boo Bundle Delivery Details Form
Use this form to give us the details of your order, including the address to which you would like us to deliver each bundle (bag, bucket or bowl), and the message you would like us to include on the tag.  

Please PAY for all bundles in a SINGLE transaction on PayPal. If we do not receive a delivery form for the bundles you have purchased, we will deliver them all to the address on your PayPal transaction, with blank tags.

Bundles will be delivered by WGPAB members to neighborhood porches, in the order received, starting on October 17th.  If you need a specific delivery day please let us know in the special instructions.  Note we cannot deliver outside a five-mile radius of the WGHS/WGMS campus.
