Before you complete this form, should you be awarded the VicNAIDOC Elder, Mr or Ms VicNAIDOC, Sportsperson, it is a requirement that you attend the following events:

Vic NAIDOC Training and Awards: Monday 05 June Training (9.00am - 5.00pm) and Awards night Tuesday 15 June (6:30pm -9:00pm TBC)
Vic NAIDOC Flag Raising Ceremony: Monday 3 July (9.30am-11:00amTBC ), Federation Square
Vic NAIDOC LGBTIQA+ Pride Crowning: Wednesday 5 July (6.30pm - 10.30pm TBC)
Vic NAIDOC March – Friday 7 July (9am- 2pm TBC), Victorian Aboriginal Health Services (Fitzroy) and Federation Square (Melbourne)
Vic NAIDOC Gala Ball: Saturday 8 July (6.30pm-11:30pm), TBC
NAIDOC Government Reception: Tuesday or Thursday TBC), Government House
ACES Elder’s Breakfast: TBC

Please note – as a participant and award winner, this is a voluntary position. As an award winner, you will hold this position for a period of 12 months, representing your community.

Victorian NAIDOC is a volunteer committee based in and around the Kulin Nations. We represent the Victorian Aboriginal Communities during NAIDOC week and throughout the year, producing key events that highlight and acknowledge our survival and sovereignty.
