AGB’s Get the Ring 2024 (für deutsch scroll!)

With the purchase of the ticket every participant is agreeing to the following general terms and conditions:

Get the Ring 2024 will take place from 27.09.24- 29.09.24 at Gruppenhaus Gemeindehaus Elm. We sell max 70 tickets. If we are Sold Out PLEASE register for the waitinglist, via Webside. Changes are always happening!

Participate at Your Own Risk:
The event organizers are not taking any liability for any sports or travel accidents happening during, before and after the convention. Every participant is participating at his own risk and is required to provide his / her own private accident and travel health insurance.

Videos, Pictures, SocialMedia:
With purchasing your ticket you agree that Get the Ring may share photos or videos of you from the convention on Social Media and www.hulahooop.com, for promotianal purposes. ReCaps & Videos taking of the teacher's workshop or performance may not be published online or shared with anyone else than other participants of the convention, except with the teacher's written permission.

Cancellation: Get the Ring tickets are only refundable if the event is sold out. You have two options:

Option 1: Find a new Ticketholder yourself, then send an email to getthering@hulahooop.com with the new person's name and details.

Option 2: If the organizers maintain a waiting list, send an email to getthering@hulahooop.com.

For both options, the organizers charge 20% of the ticket price for administrative work and credit card fees. Once the ticket is transferred, the organizers will refund you 80% of the ticket price.

If the organizers do not have a waiting list, it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to transfer the ticket to another person. contact getthering@hulahooop.com with the new ticketholder name and datas. Also in this case the Organisation keep 20% of the Ticketprice for administrative work and credit card fees.

Injury, illness, death: With a medical certificate, you will be refunded 80% of the ticket price.

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of Switzerland, with Zurich district court as the agreed legal venue.

Cancellation of Get the Ring due to special situation (viruses or other unforeseeable disasters):
In case of cancellation by GTR you will be refunded 80% of the ticket price, 20% goes to GTR to cover administrative costs.

Mit dem Kauf des Tickets für Get the Ring stimmst du folgenden allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu:

Get the Ring findet vom 27.09.24 – 29.09.24 im Gruppenhaus Gemeindehaus Elm statt. Wir verkaufen Maximum 70 Tickets. Falls der Event ausverkauft ist, gibt es die Möglichkeit sich auf der Warteliste einzutragen, via Webside.

Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko:
Die Veranstalterinnen übernehmen keinerlei Haftung für Sport- oder Reisunfälle während, vor und nach dem Event. Jeder Teilnehmer nimmt auf eigene Gefahr teil und muss seine eigene Unfall- und Reisekrankenversicherung abschließen.

Videos, Bilder, SocialMedia:
Mit dem Kauf Deines Tickets erklärst Du Dich damit einverstanden, dass Get the Ring Fotos oder Videos, wo Du darauf erscheinen könntest, auf Social Media und www.hulahooop.com zu Werbezwecken publiziert.
ReCaps & Videos, die am Workshop oder der Galashow aufgenommen wurden, dürfen nicht online veröffentlicht oder an andere Personen, ausser anderen Teilnehmer der Convention weitergegeben werden, es sei denn, die Erlaubnis des Lehrers und der Veranstalter liegen vor.

Ticket Stornierung:

Get the Ring-Tickets werden Rückerstattet, wenn die Veranstaltung ausverkauft ist. Du hast zwei Optionen:

Option 1: Finde selber eine neuene Tickethalterin und sende eine E-Mail an getthering@hulahooop.com mit dem Namen und den Details der neuen Person.

Option 2: Falls die Organisatoren eine Warteliste führen, sende eine E-Mail an getthering@hulahooop.com.

Für beide Optionen berechnen die Organisatoren 20% des Ticketpreises für administrative Arbeiten und Kreditkartengebühren. Sobald das Ticket übertragen wurde, erstatten dir die Organisatoren 80% des Ticketpreises.

Falls die Organisatoren keine Warteliste haben, liegt es in der Verantwortung des Ticketinhabers, das Ticket an eine andere Person zu übertragen. Kontaktiere getthering@hulahooop.com mit dem Namen und den Daten des neuen Tickethalters. Auch in diesem Fall behält die Organisation 20% des Ticketpreises für administrative Arbeiten und Kreditkartengebühren ein.

Verletzung, Krankheit, Todesfälle: Mit einem aertzlichen Zeugnis werden Dir 80% des Ticketpreises zurückerstattet.

Absage Get the Ring wegen besonderer Lage (Viren oder sonstige unvorhersehbare Katastrophen):
Im Falle einer Absage von GTR werden Dir 80% des Ticketpreises zurückerstattet, 20% gehen an GTR um administrative Kosten zu decken.
