2020 OHS 21st Century Afterschool Programming Survey for Families

This Survey's intention is to gather information from RSU#13 families regarding Afterschool Programming needs you may have for school year 2020-2021. 21st Century is a FREE grant funded Afterschool Program open to families at OHS that usually includes daily options of tutoring, physical activity, cooking, art, theater, STEM programming, gaming, entrepenuership/career opportunities and more.

What Afterschool Needs does your family have this year for your OHS student(s)? *

We don't need any Afterschool offerings for academic support or enrichment options this year after school

We don't need any Afterschool offerings through 21st Century, my student attends other things after school (like The Landing Place, OUT, Sports or other)

We don't need any Afterschool offerings because my students works after school or is taking care of siblings

Our family would not do more hours of in person anything Afterschool because it's just too much mask, distancing, rules for our student to add onto the day

Our family has chosen Off Site Learning (not in person) but would really like the option of attending Afterschool activities in person from 2-5pm Mon-Thurs

We DO have a need for in person, free Afterschool programming or tutoring but only if it's in person

Our family would like some remote tutoring support they can do from home, meeting with a tutor, via Zoom, on their school iPad

Our family would like some remote enrichment options available during after school hours (2-5pm), don't on Zoom from home, on their school iPad - things like cooking, trivia/games, yoga, social justice groups

Transportation Needs Afterschool *

My student would need Bus/Free transportation home from Afterschool at 5pm or they would NOT be able to participate otherwise

My student would participate and does NOT need transportation provide by the bus/program - WE will pick them up at 5pm

We wouldn't do Afterschool anyway, so this question is not relevant to our family

We would only do a VIRTUAL Afterschool Type of Activity so this question is not relevant to our family
