To ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable volunteering experience, we recommend bringing the following items:

  1. Comfortable Clothing: Wear weather-appropriate and comfortable attire suitable for the tasks assigned.

  2. Closed-Toe Shoes: As you may be on your feet for an extended period, please wear closed-toe shoes for safety and comfort.

  3. Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential. Please bring a refillable water bottle to keep yourself refreshed throughout your volunteer shift.

  4. Sun Protection: If your role involves outdoor activities, consider bringing sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

  5. Identification: Volunteers may be required to wear identification badges during their shifts. Please bring a form of identification for check-in.

  6. Snacks: While we'll do our best to provide refreshments, having a small snack can keep you energized during your shift.

  7. Personal Medications: If you have any specific medical conditions or require medications, please bring them with you and inform the event organizers.
