Hello! Thank you for your interest in our program. If you do not know yet, we would like to tell you that this program is entirely free and entirely virtual. Please read ALL of the following before completing this form. This program is mainly for younger students, so we ask that only parents/guardians fill out this form.

This google form is to apply to YTI 2022 Winter Session, which will run from January 3rd to March 7th. The last day to apply to this session will be December 12th. This form that you are filling out now does not guarantee your child a spot in this program. It is first-come, first-serve, and there is limited space. YTI's Winter session is a nine-week program where we will review specific topics given by you and your student and general topics corresponding to your child's grade level. The first week will be dedicated to students and parents getting to know their tutor(s). Each week following will focus on your chosen subject(s) and/or group(s).

Individual Tutoring: Once you apply and are accepted, we will send an email connecting you with your child's tutor. Once we connect you with the tutor, all scheduling and communication will be between yourself and the tutor. If you are comfortable with your child making scheduling decisions, that is fine as well. On average, each subject you choose will be 30 minutes of tutoring a week (more or less depending on what you and your tutor decide). Choosing two different subjects means at least an hour of tutoring a week and possibly two tutors if we do not have one that teaches both of your child's subjects.

Completing and submitting this form means your child, if accepted, will commit to attending all weekly sessions between themselves and their tutor for the entirety of the nine-week program. This commitment includes being on time, respecting their tutor, and putting their best foot forward. Also, your tutor will record all meetings. Upon acceptance, you will have to sign two contracts agreeing to these expectations and other policies. We do not just expect these things from you and your child but also from our tutors, who will be held to the highest standards within this program.
