If you are interested in joining one of SJSU's fraternities or sororities, this form should be completed to express interest and acknowledge eligibility verification through Student Involvement. By completing this form, you are giving Student Involvement permission to share your interest and eligibility with the fraternities and sororities for potential membership.
Forms must be submitted by interested students themselves. You may not submit a form on a student’s behalf. Your SJSU Email and Tower ID Number are required to complete this form.
