Hello! Thank you so much for your willingness to open up your home to traveling musicians for HONK! Fest West. Our festival entirely powered by volunteers and our communities coming together. Woah hey, that's you! Thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire! This year's 2024 festival runs from May 31st through June 2nd in the Seattle neighborhoods Georgetown, Columbia City, and the Central District.

THIS FORM DOES NOT COMMIT YOU TO HOSTING ANYONE. It simply lets us know that you are available to be a band host. Depending on our needs (which change from year to year) you may or may not be selected to host musicians.
