The Siuslaw Vision Board of Directors meets at least quarterly and communicates via email in between meetings. 2024 meetings are currently scheduled for the third Tuesdays of April, August, and October, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Meeting preparation includes reading through the agenda packet and being prepared for discussion and decision-making. Work in between meetings may include research, writing policies, advising staff, etc. A 2-year term is expected. Are you able to make this time commitment?

What kind of board or nonprofit training would be helpful for you?
The board corresponds via email and uses Google Drive to collaborate between meetings. You don't need to be an expert and we're happy to offer some basic training and tips. Are you comfortable with basic technology?
