Inaccurate information or any missing information may delay processing. You must submit an RMA form for each product you are returning. Once the form is completed, and your claim is within the terms and conditions, we will send you a return shipping label. Please print a copy of the RMA and add it to the return shipping.
If the copy of the RMA is not with your product it will cause major delays in processing time.
