As we move forward with the initial guidance recently received from the Illinois State Board of Education and the Illinois Department of Public Health in planning the upcoming school year, we value and appreciate your input in assisting us in making decisions.

We have created a very short, anonymous survey to help us understand what is most important to your families when we return to school in the Fall. Please complete one survey per family before Thursday, July 9th.

It is our intention have an initial plan shared with the public for what the 2020-2021 school year will look like in Pawnee on or before Friday July 23rd, 2020. Your input is critical to that first draft.

If you have a child in PreK - 6th grade, please answer the following: For the 2020-2021 school year, I prefer the following option: *

Daily In-Person Instruction. All students in attendance daily with required face coverings and social distancing, as feasible.

Blended Learning. A combination of in-person instruction with 50% of students in attendance at one time (on select and consistent days of the week, with required face coverings and social distancing as feasible) and remote learning on days when not in attendance.

Remote Learning. All instruction through the use of a consistent learning platform facilitated by the teacher/teachers.

I don not have a child in Prek - 6th grade.

If you have a child in 7th - 12th grade, please answer the following : For the 2020-2021 school year I prefer the following option: *
