Protégé Chattanooga is a nine month team-based mentoring program in which early and mid-career professionals build lifelong networks while learning from local executives and their peers. Protégé offers two cohorts, day and evening, that is made up of 12 future leaders each.
Program details:
• There are 12 protégés in each cohort.
• Protégés come from diverse professional backgrounds, representation of diverse economic sectors, professions, viewpoints, ages, cultural perspectives, ethnic backgrounds, and geographical areas throughout Hamilton County, with strong preference given to YPC members.
• The program begins in August with an orientation and reception, and then concludes with graduation in May.
• The cohorts meet twice a month - once for a planning session, once for a mentor session.
• A different mentor speaks at each mentor session, cohort will meet with 8 different mentors.
• Mentors are established business or civic leaders.
