The Norm Looney Scholarship Competition is for PAMDA students studying at a Grade 5 level or above, or equivalent. The music scholarships will be awarded to students who will be returning to the Academy for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Applicants must complete the application form by 4:30pm, Thursday, June 8, 2023. Performances for the scholarship competition will be adjudicated by an impartial judge at the year-end gala at 2pm on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at the Dream Cafe.

Winners will be notified by email by the end of June, 2023. The judge's decision in the selection of the winners will be final.
