Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for our Eagle Eyes Program. After you submit this form, you will be contacted via email to schedule your a brief orientation and your first volunteer date.

To participate in this program, you will need to be cleared for Tier II volunteering.  Please see the link below for information on the process.  After you have read through the information, you can print, complete and return the volunteer form to the front office.
