Report of OSCU Code of Conduct violations (anonymously)
The Open Science Community Utrecht organizes, promotes, and facilitates open science events to enable all participants, members and non-members, to learn about, share, and discuss open science practices. To enable an environment in which diverse individuals can collaborate and interact in mutual respect, we have a Code of Conduct (CoC) in place. Organizers and attendees of OSCU events should adhere to this CoC.

As stated in the CoC, participants may report any violations of the code to any of the coordinators of OSCU (Loek Brinkman, Anita Eerland), event organizers, and/or the confidential advisor(s) of Utrecht University (currently, Marian Joseph and Frank Peters). You may also report electronically and anonymously, using this form. The people receiving these reports are Loek Brinkman and Anita Eerland.

Please note that anonymous reports will be investigated and remedied to the extent possible, but we may be limited in the scope of available actions due to not being able to follow up with you. Regardless, we encourage you to report (in a way you feel comfortable with) so that we can continue to keep OSCU events a harassment-free experience for everyone.
