Working Groups form for new members 
UKHCA requests members along with their families to come forward and support the organisation in whatever capacity they can.  UKHCA encourages parents to involve their children in puja activities where appropriate under Parental supervision. 

Please contact Jharna Sil if you have issue filling up the form. If you know anyone who has been volunteering their time but cannot fill the form, please let us know. 

Events Days for 2024/25 
  1. Durga Puja - Wed 9th  - Sun 13th Oct 2024
  2. Kali Puja -  Sat 2nd Nov 2024
  3. Saraswati Puja - Sun 2nd Feb 2025
  4. AGM - Sun 13th Apr 2025

Guidelines - 
  1. One form per adult. 
  2. Please fill the form again if filling on behalf of  Spouse.   
  3. Volunteer can choose upto 3 working groups. (if you willing to volunteer to more group, please let us know separately  and we will get in touch if we have shortage of volunteers in the working group). 
  4. EC and General members can opt to take a lead for only one working group at any given year. 
  5. Working group lead to volunteer their time to other team only on need basis and requested by another working group lead. 
  6. You are expected to attend the working group online (Zoom) meetings as and when required. Dates for meeting is published  https://ukhca.community/meeting-calendar/
