Machismo 12 Hour Team Form
Please use this form in order to submit the members for your team. Team managers are required to complete this form ONCE for their team. If you are a driver that will be on more than one team, your name must appear on the submission for each team.
PRIOR TO COMPLETING THIS FORM, you will need to have your teammates' approximate height/weight, and their T-shirt sizes. Failure to include shirt sizes may result in drivers not getting these items ordered for them.
