As an Customer Service Professional (CSP) you’re your own boss and self-employed:
- Have the freedom to choose what client you provide support services
- Set your own schedule
- Work remotely/from your home office
CSP’s remotely handle inbound/outbound customer service calls, chats and/or emails. During which they assess the customer’s needs and creatively solve problems providing sound solutions.
ICA Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience
- Computer skills. CSPs must have the ability to:
- navigate multiple systems, programs & windows
- simultaneously document call notes & customer interactions
- Strong customer service and written skills
- Patience & empathy
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Earning Potential:
Pay structures varies per client, based on productive time spent assisting customers while on the phone and may offer performance-based pay and/or other incentives. Actual earnings vary depending on client opportunity chosen and support required. Hourly equivalent earnings may range from $9-$16.
Customer Service Professionals are self-employed 1099 Independent Contractors. IC are responsible for paying their own taxes and expenses.
Hours:
ICs choose their own schedule by self-scheduling 30-minute intervals of time, during which they commit to handle call/chat volume & provide customer support.

How To Become An CSP:
- NVA Virtual Solutions is currently NOT accepting applications in the following states: CA, WI, OR, MD, MA, NY, CT
- Complete the application process, including:
- Complete an application
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and other documents
- Create Agent account on Arise Platform
- Select a client
- Pass a background check
- The background check requires a $30, processing fee
paid to Arise as part of enrollment in a certification course.
