If you are purchasing the product for yourself, your ideal partner would be someone who will check in on your well-being by using the Skiin App.

If you are purchasing the product for a senior family member, both you and your family member will use the Skiin app and participate in the program.

Upon completion of the survey, you will receive an email confirming that you have qualified with next steps on how to participate.
