Trinity’s Vacation Bible School Program is an annual mission project run completely by volunteers. VBS is a wonderful opportunity to invite our community into our facility and teach about Jesus. Children who attend Trinity’s VBS hear the Word of God each day and many of them share these stories with family and friends.

VBS Volunteers from our church and community will lead the children in Music, Bible Stories, Arts & Crafts, Snacks, Bible Challenges, Games and opening and closing worship. The children are also invited to sing some of the songs they learned during the Vacation Bible School Program on the Sunday following VBS. Come and join us in the Trinity Lutheran School gym each day. Parents can drop off and pick up children on the East side of the school.

We need teachers, decorators, prayers, and your time and talents. Anyone who has completed 6th grade may also be a helper. Please let us know if you would like to help and show your support of this mission with your gift of time, talents, and/or treasures.

In the event of an emergency, I understand that all will be done to contact me or the emergency contact named above. However, if neither can be reached, I give full permission to a representative of Trinity Lutheran Church & School to seek medical attention in my absence for the children registered on this form. I also hereby assume all risk, known or unknown, for the children registered on this form, in connection with their attendance and participation in Vacation Bible School at Trinity Lutheran Church & School. I acknowledge that participation in Vacation Bible School at Trinity Lutheran Church & School is voluntary and therefore I FULLY RELEASE and discharge Trinity Lutheran Church and School, its pastors, employees, directors, and volunteer workers, from any and all liability in connection with any activities carried on at Trinity Lutheran Church & School in the Vacation Bible School program. I further acknowledge that any child registered on this form, as a participant in Vacation Bible School at Trinity Lutheran Church & School, may be photographed or captured on video during the Vacation Bible School program and activities. I hereby grant full permission to Trinity Lutheran Church and School to use photographs or videos-in print, electronic, online, or other public media-of the children registered on this form and further release Trinity Lutheran Church & School from any and all liability connected with the authorized use of words and image of the child registered on this form.
