Return to School Safely Family Feedback Form

May ISD administration is in the planning stages for what a return to school this fall will look like for students and staff. Current federal and state guidance is not clear at this time. However, it is critical for the district to begin preparing a series of options and contingencies. We fully expect plans to evolve and adapt over the summer as further guidance becomes available.

Your responses will help guide our planning to safely reopen schools in the age of COVID-19. Your feedback is crucial to help ensure students and staff have healthy learning and working environments. As always, May ISD appreciates your patience as we continue to develop plans for the future.  

In the event we have to have remote instruction again, students will be held accountable for their work and attendance when attending via remote instruction.
