This form is to register for a place in Breakfast Club and/or After-schools - Treetops at Belvoir Park Primary School.  
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic we are unsure as to what restrictions will be in place for the new school year. This will impact our availability and possibly our priority list.  

BREAKFAST CLUB

The scheme will operate term time 8:15am - 8:45am and will be available for children enrolled in Primary 1-7.

The purpose of the club is to provide:
an affordable, early drop-off childcare facility for parents/carers.
a welcoming, safe and secure environment for pupils before the beginning of the school day.
children with a nutritious breakfast at the start of the day in a calm and relaxed environment.

There will be a £1 charge per child per day for the scheme. This is non-refundable.

Cereal, toast and fruit will be offered each day. Any changes to the menu will be notified via Class Dojo.

Priority will be given to those who have booked everyday.  

Anyone who does not pay in advance (by Friday noon of the previous school week) will not be given a place.

AFTER-SCHOOLS TREETOPS

The scheme will operate term time 2-4pm initially and will be available for children enrolled in Primary 1-7.  

The purpose of the club is to provide:
an affordable, after school childcare facility for parents/carers.
a welcoming, safe and secure environment for pupils at the end of the school day.
an opportunity for children to complete homework with supervision.

There will be a £3.50 charge per child per hour for the scheme. This is non-refundable.
This is reduced to £3 per hour if you use the scheme 5 days a week or for any siblings.

A snack will be offered each day.
Priority will be given to those who have booked everyday.


Anyone who does not pay in advance (by Friday noon of the previous school week) will not be given a place.
