DCMS Library Curbside
Make sure you go to the DCMS Library catalog (https://deercreek.follettdestiny.com/common/welcome.jsp?context=saas83_3517061) and hold your book(s) before you fill out this form. You can reserve two books at a time and keep them for 2 weeks.  Email me if you need them renewed (jenniferdenney@dcsok.org).  If someone else is waiting on the book, you will need to return it by the original due date.

ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY 2:30 PM.  Thank you for giving us time to collect the materials and get them ready for delivery.

Curbside deliveries will be made through the Band entrance doors (first door on the west side of the school).  Park by the curb and pop your trunk or roll down a back window.  Call the library phone (405) 531-9469 when you arrive and we'll bring your items out to you.
