Please be sure to read our poster reservation policy before making a reservation request.
Reservation requests must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance. You can make requests as far in advance as you wish as long as they are for the current semester.
Posters may be reserved for half-week (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Sunday) or full-week (Sunday-Sunday) slots. If you would like to have your poster displayed for more than one week, you must make another separate request. We do not extend reservations any other way.
No more than THREE postings of the same advertisement are permitted each semester. Groups may only advertise for one event or initiative up to THREE TIMES per semester. You cannot request to have the same poster and/or a different design advertising the same event/initiative more than three times.
Posters must be 24"Lx36" in dimension. Smaller advertisements are not permitted
Posters should be delivered to the information desk with the subject of the advertisement clearly displayed. Posters will not be accepted more than ONE DAY in advance of the reservation date. If the poster is not picked up within a week of the last day of reservation, we will recycle it.
We are unable to accept any reservations that do not adhere to these requirements.
