This application form is Ottawa MuslimFest, taking place on Sunday, September 03, 2023 at Ottawa Uyghur Centre ( 3555 St Joseph Blvd Ottawa, ON K1C 1T1)

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at MuslimFest Ottawa this year! Please see below for our bazaar process:  

Bazaar Process: 
  1. Interested vendors to complete application form 
  2. MuslimFest Bazaar Management team to review applications 
  3. Approved vendors will be contacted to process booth payment and provided with bazaar forms for completion - they will be informed of their assigned booth number at this time 
  4. Vendors will have 48 hours to complete the payment to confirm their spot (if this is not completed on time, their spot will be offered to another vendor)
Confirmation emails will be sent after receiving entries through this form.

Booth Prices: As this is our inaugural event in Ottawa, we are offering special vendor rates: 

Non-food vendor: $95 + HST 
Food vendor: $145 + HST 

Event Hours: 1:30pm - 8:00pm 

All food vendors will need to provide a copy of their Halal certification.

Booth includes: 1 table and two chairs; vendors are asked to bring their own tents or MuslimFest can rent them a tent at cost. All the vendors MUST have a tent as the event is outdoor.
