Holiday Cards (2021) from Avens!
If you want to receive a holiday card from Avens, please give me your contact info here. Your responses are private. They are saved to a private document that nobody else has access to. You don't have to be close friends with me to do this - every year I think half my cards are to people I barely know. It's cool. If you got this link, I can send you a card.

When you submit the form, my address will pop up in response in case you want to send a card to me (no pressure!). Thank you! I'm hoping to send them all out in early December. Technically you can fill this out anytime (even December 21st for all I care) and even if I've sent out all the others, if I have more cards, I'll send it!

If you've done this before for previous years, don't assume I have your info. I ONLY send cards to people who fill this out for the given year, so I never worry about needing to update addresses on my end. Otherwise I'd be sending out over 200, whereas this way I send like 50-100.
