The aim of Ropecon is that the event is in all ways a safer space, free from discrimination and harassment.
Creating a safer, welcoming atmosphere requires everyone to work together, respect everyone's right to be themselves and be acknowledged as who they are. Stopping discrimination, harassment, and other forms of inappropriate behavior is a collective effort. We appreciate everyone telling us of harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior they have witnessed in Ropecon. This helps us make our event better for everyone.
We define harassment as behavior that belittles, denigrates or devalues a person's inherent dignity, based on their personal attributes. Hate speech, discriminating behavior, and hostility directed at people of color, gender minorities or other minorities are also forms of harassment. Sexual harassment consists of unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other forms of verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
You can use this form to report harassment or inapproriate behavior you have experienced or witnessed in Ropecon 2023.
