Job description
The ideal candidate should have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
Prepare, manage and monitor the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
Development of long/short term strategies, procedures and objectives that increase efficiency and
       maximize profits.
Oversight of day-to-day operations i.e. receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
Creation of sales or production goals, often in cooperation with other executives and the chief
       executive officer.
Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of
       solutions to promptly address problems.
Supervision of executives, managers and operational staff members.
•      Report to management team with help of tools like daily/weekly progress/deduction reports via
       presentations or email.
Presentations to fellow executive team members, the CEO, employees, shareholders, the board of
       directors and the media.
       Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
Project management and Planning
Qualifications
10-15 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
