This form it is to be used by students who:
1) Attend Maggie Walker and wish to take an AP exam for a course in which they are not currently enrolled. (NOTE: Registering the for the AP Statistics exam if you are enrolled in VCU Statistics does not require this form. See Ms. Riles for the join code.)
2) Do NOT attend Maggie Walker but wish to take an AP exam administered at our school.
STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE AP COURSE AT MLWGS DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE A GOOGLE FORM THIS YEAR.
Additional steps:
- After completing this form, Dr. Loving will provide you with an "exam only" join code which you must enter into your myAP account (myAP.collegeboard.org) by the ordering deadline of October 20th to avoid additional fees. - Pay for your exam(s) ($98 per exam) at
https://osp.osmsinc.com/MLWGS by the ordering deadline of October 20th to avoid additional fees. (The link can also be found on

Late fees:
A $10 per exam late fee will be applied between October 21st and November 14th for exams not paid for by October 20th. The College Board late fee of $40 will be instituted beginning, Tuesday, November 15th. March 15th is the final deadline for all late AP exam orders; no additions can be made after this date.
The College Board's $40 add/drop fee for will be in effect this year. Any student who decides not to test must indicate this on their order form by October 21st in order to not be charged. A student who chooses to cancel an exam for which they have registered and paid may do so between November 15th and April 15th and receive a refund of $57 ($97 minus the $40 drop fee). After April 15th, no refunds will be issued.
