Enrollment Lottery for the 2024-2025 School Year
If you would like your child to attend Swan River Montessori Charter School for the 2023-2024 school year, you must complete an application and submit it to the school’s main office between January 3 and January 12, 2024.  We will not accept non-sibling preference applications before January 3, 2024.


If there are more applicants than enrollment slots available, a lottery number will be sent to you in the mail no later than January 31, 2024.  The lottery will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 8, 2024 in the Gathering Space at Swan River Montessori Charter School, 500 Maple Street, Monticello, MN 55362. The results of the lottery determine who receives the available spots and then creates the grade-level wait lists.  Applications received after January 12, 2024 will be added to the bottom of lottery-created wait list for the appropriate grade level of your child.  The lottery is open to the public.

The results of the lottery will be posted on our website www.swanrivermontessori.org  (> Admissions > Kindergarten – 6th) and on the school’s doors by 4:00 PM February 8, 2024.
