Tansey Daycare is pre-registration only.  We are no longer a drop-in program.

Upon completion of this form, a bill requesting a $50 per child ($100 per family with more than one child) deposit for the school year will be sent.  When payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation that your child is registered.  Payment is due the month before daycare services will be provided.  Deposit money will be applied to the last month of the school year. Morning Care:
Opens at 7:00 am each day.
$8.00 per day for the first child, $4.00 each additional child
Children are to enter through the front cafeteria door.
Payment is due the month before daycare services will be provided (prorated for days with no school).  
Payment is expected for all registered days.

Checks should be made out to The City of Fall River.

Afternoon Care:
Daily from 3:22 pm – 5:00 pm.
$7.00 per day for the first child, $4.00 each additional child.
Students picked up late will be charged $15 for every 15 minutes beyond 5:00pm.
Parents/Guardians are to ring the bell at the side cafeteria door when picking children up.
Anyone picking up a child must be listed in the child’s registration form.
Payment is due the month before daycare services will be provided (prorated for days with no school).  
Payment is expected for all registered days.
