I understand and agree that it is my sole responsibility to evaluate the events and activities offered at the 2024 ECHS/CHE Spring Carnival.  If I decide to attend the Carnival and to participate or allow my child(ren) to participate in the events and activities, I do so voluntarily and with full acknowledgement, understanding and assumption of any and all inherent risks involved by participating in an event of this type.  By signing, I forever waive, release and discharge the ECHS PTSA & CHE PTA, all of the ECHS PTSA & CHE PTA officers, board members and volunteers from any and all right, claims and actions for damages that I may, may have, or that may hereafter accrue.  I understand that children may not be dropped off at the event and that children must be actively supervised by a parent/guardian for the entire event.  The ECHS/CHE Spring Carnival is rain or shine.  Wristbands & tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, cash activities or refunded.

Entiendo y acepto que es mi exclusiva responsabilidad evaluar los eventos y actividades ofrecidos en el carnaval de primavera de ECHS/CHE 2024.  Si decido asistir al Carnaval y participar o permitir que mis hijos participen en los eventos y actividades, lo hago voluntariamente y con total conocimiento comprensión y asunción de cualquier riesgo inherente implicado al participar en un evento de este tipo.  Al firmar, renuncio, libero y libero para siempre descargar a la PTSA de ECHS o la PTA de CHE, a todos los funcionarios de la PTSA de ECHS o la PTA de CHE, miembros de la junta y voluntarios de todos los derechos, reclamaciones y acciones por daños que pueda, pueda tener, o que pueda devengarse en el futuro.  Entiendo que no se puede dejar a los niños en el evento y los niños deben estar supervisados activamente por un padre/tutor durante todo el evento.  El Carnaval de Primavera de ECHS/CHE es lluvia o sol.  Las pulseras y boletos no se pueden canjear por efectivo, actividades en efectivo o reintegrado.
