So that I can get a sense of you and your business and what you might need or want from coaching from me, I invite you to answer the following questions.

Your answers allow me to assess whether or not I think my particular style of coaching would be impactful for you, so please do be as thorough as possible.

If we've never met, I will want to hop on a call with you to discuss your application. It's deeply important to me that we've spent some time together before deciding if moving forward together is the right next step for both of us.
