2020 Winter Warm-Up Choral Conducting Clinic RSVP Form

On Thursday, January 23 6:30-8:30 PM at the CSUB Music Building Room 127, Dr. James K. Bass of UCLA will give a short lecture on conducting followed by several conducting clinics. Singers, which may include college and experienced high school students, may observe the lecture and sing in the lab choir free of charge. KCMEA members may conduct free of charge.

If you express interest in conducting, you will be contacted individually by Jack Bertrand. Conductors will be selected first come, first serve. Conductors are encouraged to bring a piece you are working on with your students for festival, but it is not required. Plan to bring 30 copies of your music for the lab choir to sing.
