Please submit this form to indicate your intent to participate in the KY GIS Conference Map Gallery contest. If you are entering multiple submissions, you must enter one form per submission.

Participants in the wall map category are responsible for printing their own maps. Wall maps may be dropped off at the conference registration desk and will be hung by conference volunteers. There is no size restriction for wall maps, but the recommended maximum dimensions are 56"x56".

Participants in the story map category must submit their story map URL with this form to be included in the story map gallery.
