2024 John Palmer Scholarship Application
John Palmer is one of the founders of Toronto Centre and served as Chair from 2005 to 2018. He is the architect of the Core Curriculum Program and strongly believes in enhancing the knowledge and skills of financial supervisors. In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Toronto Centre, we are pleased to offer the John Palmer scholarships for the Core Curriculum Program.

Up to three tuition scholarships valued at US$3,800 each will be awarded.

Details:

  • Applications are open to financial supervisors and regulators from either the Least Developed or Low Income categories on the Official Development Assistance (ODA) recipients list.
  • We welcome those who would contribute to diversity in financial sector supervision and regulation, including, but not limited to, women.
  • The deadline to apply is Friday, May 17, 2024. Winners will be notified by Friday, May 31, 2024.
  • These scholarships will not be transferable.
  • The Core Curriculum Program is one of seven required programs to obtain the Certified Financial Supervisor (CFS) designation. The program and scholarship are also open to non-CFS candidates.
