Please fill in this form to register for an Extended Day class which begins IN PERSON, Monday, October 17th through Friday, November 10, 2022.

Students will meet 2 days a week Mon/Th OR Wed/Fri 3:45-5:15 pm (90 Minutes)

*Classes will meet for 4 weeks

*POSSIBLE Classes offered are: Integrated Math 1, WORLD History1 , US History 1, Physics 1 or any English class. 1

*Students can take up to 2 classes if they are offered on opposite days

* Check your PowerSchool on Monday-October 17th during the school day to see which class you have been enrolled in. You may not get your 1st choice if not enough students sign up, so please check.

*You must have earned a "D or F" in the class prior to enrolling

* You cannot be currently taking the class right now

*Note that if a student earned an "F" in an Advanced, Honors, or AP version of a course, they may only take the Extended Day class to complete the high school requirement. The GPA will still include the original F.

*Students not completing assignments or who are missing more than 2 days, may result in the student being dropped without a grade or they may earn an F for the term.

*Students may NOT sign up for a class in which they earned a "C" or better.

*Students must check with counselor if there is a question on which class to register for.
