Baxter Child Development Center is a Child Development Program offering year round educational care and preschool for children from 6 weeks old until entrance into kindergarten. Baxter also offers school age programming after school, during holiday breaks, and in the summer.
Baxter's Child Development Center Waitlist is not first come first served. It is a weighted system based on various demographics. Our intention is to prioritize the children in our community who may be facing any number of obstacles in receiving child care and early child development. While this is our priority, we welcome enrollment opportunities for ALL families seeking excellent early childhood education.
How it works:
* Please fill out one form for each child you are interested in enrolling. (Some questions on this form determine where you fall on our waitlist; neighborhood, income, housing, foster care, etc.)
* The points are totaled and sorted.
* Once you have completed this form you will only be contacted once a slot opens and your name is next on the list. (You are welcome to contact the Center to check on the status of your application.)
*If any changes occur such as: Birthdate, Address, Income or type of care needed (Full Time/Part Time). We encourage you to update by filling out a new form.
