As an upcoming WHM Instructor, it is required to have additional experience in coaching and/or teaching to be able to participate in the trajectory. This could range from conventional teaching experience at a school or university to a (personal) training/coaching certificate of any kind. Even if you don't have a degree or certificate, you should be able to demonstrate any prior experience in coaching and/or teaching clearly.

It's imperative that you are able to convey the WHM message clearly and appropriately to the people you're instructing.
