Summer Send-Off Vendor Registration
Waypoint United Methodist Church invites you to participate in our Summer Send-Off fest on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
 
This event will include food trucks, games, live music, and vendors. The event will be held in the church parking lot from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Set-up time will be from 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., and vendors are requested to stay through the entirety of the event.  No early takedowns.
 
Booth assignments will be given out when you arrive to set up for the event. The church will supply tables and chairs, but the vendors must supply their own tents, display items and generators, if needed. Please remove any trash and pick up any tape in and around your booth at the end of the event.
 
There is no fee to participate in this event, but you must submit a registration form for approval.
Booth registrations will be accepted until September 12, 2022, or until full. Sign up below, or by mailing in the registration form to: Waypoint United Methodist Church, 301 State Hwy. T, Waynesville, MO 65583, ATTN: Colleen Knichel. A confirmation will be emailed to you.
