APLS Multi-Member Firm Membership
If you have multiple RLSs and would like to take advantage of a firm-wide membership, please use this form.

Benefits of firm-wide membership are:
- Discounted dues
- Complimentary membership for all unlicensed employees (survey techs, etc.)
- Includes a Logo and Link on the APLS website
- Includes APLS, APLS Chapter, & NSPS membership

Firm-wide Membership Levels*
- Up to three (3) RLS and Unlimited Survey Techs - $1000
- Up to six (6) RLS and Unlimited Survey Techs - $2000
- More than 6 RLS and Unlimited Survey Techs - $2000  plus $245 for each additional RLS

* Members must be from the same firm (same company name / email domain - multiple locations OK)
