The Lightridge Unified Mental Health Team helps students in a variety of ways.  Throughout the year, we meet with students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom.  

Please let us know if you would be interested in participating in any of the following counseling groups during this year. Group counseling connects you with other students who may be going through similar struggles in a supportive, encouraging environment. Groups generally meet once a week on a rotating schedule and are led by a school counselor, school social worker, school psychologist, or student assistance specialist. Students are responsible for any missed work from attending group.

While this survey helps us to know which groups our students are most interested in or where there is greatest need, we cannot guarantee that we can offer every group listed below.
