2024 Truck Camper Rally Signup Form
This form is to confirm your interest in attending a Truck Camper Rally near Redding, California from the 5th to the 7th of April, 2024. This is for Truck Camper owners only and will be a dry camping situation (no hookups and likely limited cell reception). Completion of this form is not a commitment to attend but should only be filled out if you believe you will make it.

The event will span two nights and three days. Arrival time will be mid-afternoon on Friday and departure time will be early to mid afternoon on Sunday.

The tentative location is my personal property that is located ~20 minutes from downtown Redding and 15 minutes from Lake Shasta. If you have been there before, you should already have the location, if you haven't been there before, I will be sending out directions to everyone by email once we get closer.

Space: There is comfortable space for ~15 campers and we can squeeze in up to 30 (or more if you want to cross the creek).

There is no cost for the event but if you want to put a couple dollars in the coffee can to help cover my time to plan, I won't complain.

I don't think i need to say this because I believe everyone that would interested in attending are good respectful people.... However, I will lay out these expectations now and ask you to agree to them so there is no question of them at the event.  

The event will be low key and family friendly. That means keep the language reasonably clean and no smoking, drugs or heavy drinking. This is a social gathering, not a college dorm party... 

Keep the conversations civil and clean. Even though we come from all different walks and beliefs in life be mindful and respectful of others even if opinions defer from each other.  Our discussions should first and foremost be on Truck Campers and our common interests around them. 

Political discussions should be kept to a minimum and even avoided unless on a side bar from the main group so as to not have that be the focus.

Campfire Discussion will be Truck Camper or Adventure / Travel related to ensure everyone enjoys the discussion.

Note... Depending on the interests below, we may do either a single group activity or break it up into a couple of smaller groups so people can do what interests them most.

Saturday Evening Potluck: We will do a Potluck but we need to coordinate to make sure we have a little of everything. If you have a particular dish you prefer to share with everyone, please select the category it falls into. When we get close to the event, I will coordinate with everyone to confirm.

Note: Depending on who signs up for what, I may ask people to do something different then what they might have indicated. This is so we don't end up with 10 different deserts and no main course.
