Please fill out this form to register your child for our preschool. 3 & 4 year-old children who live in Boston are eligible for FREE tuition in our partnership with Boston Public Schools under the Universal Pre-K program for 6.5 hours per day for the academic school year. Students must turn 3 or 4 years-old before September 1st of that academic year to qualify for Universal Pre-K. Please register as soon as possible, as seats are limited, and are on a first come-first serve basis. You can register your child as soon as they are born and have a birth certificate to put them onto our waiting list. By filling out this form, your child will  be put onto the waiting list and we will contact your family once  the child is eligible and if there are open seats. Thank you!
