The BSEC Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunity (BSEC/CEO) was created in partnership with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and ALLY Bank to provide entrepreneurs with the support they need to successfully launch and sustain a business.

BSEC’s flexible, 12-month coaching, counseling, and training program includes 1-on-1 Financial Counseling and Business Coaching. It is designed to help new and existing entrepreneurs and business owners to develop, nurture, and sustain business growth, financial health, and profitability. Our core objectives is to (1) Increase profits (2) Increase access to capital and financing (3) To improve credit.

The intake form will ask you some questions about you and your business. No public or commercial use of your name, address, or business identity will be made without your prior approval. BSEC is a non-profit and we do not charge for BSEC/CEO program services.
